Indian Oil Digboi Refinery distributes dry ration for the daily wage earners

GUWAHATI: IndianOil’ Digboi Refinery has been working consistently to serve the disadvantaged strata of people living in ánd around its installation. The much needed preventive lockdown as a safeguard against the COVID-19 outbreak threat has posed a challenge for the daily wage earners & other economically weak people in the region. However, the CSR and Administration & Welfare teams of Digboi refinery have been reaching out to the needy people by way of giving them dry ration. In coordination with village panchayat office bearers, distribution of dry ration was carried out in Borbil, Panbari, Golal, Powai and Saiding, Baraphutia, Balijan and other settlements in and around Digboi, stated a press release.
