Inquiry demanded into mysterious death of youth in Sivasagar

SIVASAGAR: The death of a youth named Abdul Goni has triggered sensation in Sivasagar. Upper Assam Muslim Kalyan Parishad and Aoikya Sena, Assam have demanded Sivasagar District Administration to a high level inquiry into the death of Abdul Goni, son of Late Sirajul Ali of Dui-Ali Majgaon, Baniabari, who was found dead under mysterious condition on August 30.

The members of both the organizations said in its memorandum submitted to the Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner the case, as per statement of the victim's family, seems to be a planned murder. There might have been some people involved in the death of the youth since the family members informed that some blood stains and wine bottles have been found near a jungle.
