International Women’s Day celebrated in Bongaigaon

BONGAIGAON: North East Frontier Railway Mazdoor Union Bongaigaon Branch, in association with New Bongaigaon Workshop and Running branch, jointly celebrated International Women’s Day on Sunday.

The programme started with lightning of lamp by Satyanath Sarma, District and Session Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Service Authority. This followed by a legal awareness meeting presided over by Chaya Narzary where several noted persons were present. The whole programme was hoisted by Satabdi Ghosh and the objective of the meeting was elaborated by Dharmada Barman.
