IQAC of Nowgong College hosted Exclusive Virtual Power seminar

NAGAON: Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Nowgong College in collaboration with ICT Academy successfully hosted a virtual power seminar on "job skills and trends in post pandemic scenario" on Thursday. In his opening remarks, Dr Sarat Borkataki, principal of the college, highlighted the depth of COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on different sectors of the economy, particularly in the job market. The seminar was attended by around 150 students of the college.

Resource persons - R Chandran, Chief Information Officer, Bahwan Cybertek (p) Ltd; Rees Emmanuel, Senior Manager- HR, Magzter Digital (p) Ltd; K A Vijayan, Deputy General Manager, ICT Academy shared their experiences on different job skills, which are likely to be in demand after the pandemic is over. Dr Tiken Das, Assistant Professor of the college, concluded the event by thanking all dignitaries and participants, stated a press release.
