Numaligarh: Dr. Rathin Barman, Joint Director of Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) handed over 200 PPE kits for the COVID-19 warriors of Golaghat district. He handed over the PPE kits to State Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma during his Kaziranga National Park visit on Monday.
