Kamrup (M) allows Poultry vendors to sell broiler chicken within wards at fixed rate

GUWAHATI: Kamrup (M) has allowed poultry vendors to sell broiler chicken within wards at fixed rate.

A list specifying names of vendors against their wards has been provided.

The administration has fixed rate for live birds at Rs. 150/per kg and dressed at Rs. 220/per kg.

Vendors can collect birds from their sources.
