Karbi Students' bodies urged 100% jobs for the twin hills district of Assam Hills Medical College

Diphu: The Students and Social bodies of Karbi Anglong demands a hundred percent job reservation for the local ST Youth of the twin Hills District of Assam. The body strongly appeals the authority and selection committee of Assam Hills Medical College that the District belonging to the Sixth schedule of the Constitution of India should think and work for the upliftment and betterment for the people of the district.

The Students and social body also request the aspirant from other district of the state to refrain themselves from this examination for the post of third and fourth grade only as the District itself has many able eligible and well qualified candidates for the said post added.

The government of India and Assam government along with KAAC have enacted this institute to show its solidarity to the people of this district after the strong, long and continuous struggle and demand by the people of the district. So it is the birthright of our people to claim the jobs in these two categories.

So the Karbi Students Association, Karbi Students and Youth Council, Karbi Students Union, Karbi Farmers Association, Karbi National Assembly are request the educated youth of other district of Assam to refrain themse for the post of third and fourth grade in Assam Hills Medical College as we Strongly believe in the saying Live and Let live, stated Karbi Students bodies on the Press Conference at KSA Office on Thursday.
