Kokrajhar District Youth Congress Committee Protest Over Railway Recruitment

Gossaigaon: The Kokrajhar district Youth Congress Committee burnt the effigies of three leaders at Karimabazar of Gossaigaon subdivision in Kokrajhar district on Saturday evening. The effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Minister of Railways Piyush Goyal were burnt by the activists of Kokrajhar Youth Congress as protest against appointment of candidates from outside Assam in Railway jobs within Assam. They slammed the Central and State governments for depriving the locals youths of Assam.
