Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti protest against farm Bills in Tezpur

TEZPUR: The Tezpur chapter of Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS), All Assam Journalist Union, All Assam Sautal Students' Union, Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Sanmilan and Dishanta Mahila Samittee jointly staged a two-hour protest by forming a human chain at Court Chariali.

The protesters condemned the BJP-led government for coming up with 'anti-farmer' laws and cautioned the government against favouring the corporates and capitalists. They also protested against the alleged anomalies in the appointment process of police Sub-Inspector and price hike of essential goods.
