Kuldeep Nayyar’s Demise Condoled

Kokrajhar: Former Rajya Sabha MP Urkhao Gwra Brahma on Thursday expressed deep shock over the demises of diplomat and journalist Kuldip Nayar. In a post on social media, Brahma offered condolence to the family of the diplomat-turned-journalist and politician, Kuldeep Nayyar. He also prayed for his eternal peace.

Morigaon: All Assam Journalist Union (AAJU), Morigaon district committee paid tribute to frontline journalist Kuldip Nayar who passed away on Thursday. Paying tribute to the noted journalist, a condolence meeting was organized by AAJU, Morigaon unit at Morigaon town. Simanta Rabha, secretary of Morigaon unit of AAJU conducted the condolence meeting. On the other hand, Pranab Bhattacharya, president, AAJU delivered a speech on Kuldip Nayar’s role in respect of introducing the Assam Agitation throughout the country. The programme was also attended by Lalit Pasoni president, AJYCP. There has been vast news of condolence prayers for the late journalist in the recent past days in Assamese news.
