LAKHIMPUR: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Lakhimpur successfully organized two training progammes on 'Scientific quality fodder cultivation and preservation' under the ICAR-IGFRI funded project.

A total of 50 farmers across the district attended the training programmes, one of which was held on February 17 and February 18 while the second was held on February 21 and February 22 at KVK, Lakhimpur campus.

The programme was conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. PK Pathak, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK, Lakhimpur and officiated by Dr. Arindam Chakraborty, Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) and Biswajit Konwar, Farm Manager, KVK, Lakhimpur.
