Lecture programme organized at Saumarjyoti Vidyalaya Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: The Tinsukia branch of Assam Science Society under its Vigyan Prachar Abhiyaan initiative organized a lecture programme at Saumarjyoti Vidyalaya Tinsukia on Monday. Dr Rajib Bardoloi, president of the branch deliberated on Chandrayaan-3 mission for the benefit of the students. He also elaborated in lucid language the technical aspects of Moon landing mission understandable to school students which aroused lively interaction among the students. The event was attended by retired professor Uttam Duwara of Women’s College Tinsukia, branch secretary Debakanta Buragohain, associate professor of Mathematics Department of Tinsukia College Dr Deepika Bhattacharya besides teachers and more than 150 students of the school.
