Life skills training programme gets underway in Morigaon

MORIGAON: A week-long training programme on life skills has started under the aegis of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs’ Nehru Yuba Kendra in collaboration with the Sarvodaya Foundation from Wednesday at its school campus.

The training programme was inaugurated by the chief secretary of the Srimanta Sankardev Sangha, Babul Bora. The advisor of the Sarvodaya Foundation, Sarat Kush spoke about the objective of the training programme. Besides, mental specialist Nimisha Bora delivered a speech on mental health. Altogether 40 youths are taking part in the training programme.
