Livelihood assistance distributed in 3 districts Bongaigaon, Chirang and Kokrajhar

BONGAIGAON : Karunadhara, a social welfare trust of Assam and Bongaigaon Refinery (BGR,IOCL) , Dhaligaon jointly organised a Livelihood Assistance Distribution programme for the specially-abled persons under CER initiative, covering three districts of Bongaigaon, Chirang and Kokrajhar at RCCC Auditorium located at BGR Township, Dhaligaon. Good number of invited dignitaries including Phani Bhushan Choudhary MLA, Bongaigaon, Jayanta Basumatary, MLA ,Chirang, DDC, Bongaigaon D Das , S.P, Chirang and many others dignitaries attended the meeting and delivered their speeches in connection with the implementation of this Livelihood Support Programme jointly undertaken by Karunadhara and BGR. Executive Director (E D) and Refinery Head of Bongaigaon Refinery Nayan Kumar Barua took active leadership in organising the programme along with many other refinery officials of BGR. The meeting was attended by a large number of dignitaries, invited guests, trust members and other members of Karunadhara coming from Guwahati, Bongaigaon, Chirang and Kokrajhar districts.
