Majdia police in Barpeta district seized 48 bags of PDS rice

BARPETA: The police of Majdia out post in Barpeta district seized 48 bags of PDS rice on Tuesday night during their regular checking. The PDS rice bags were being carried in a vehicle (AS- 25 DC 3081) from Barpeta to Guwahati to be sold in the black market. But the police of Majdia outpost seized the rice bags.
