Man drowned while bringing grass green fodder from Brahmaputra Sapori

TEZPUR: Under Tezpur Police Station at Burha Chapori (Dhania Suti), a man drowned while bringing grass green fodder from Brahmaputra sapori in a boat. Official sources said that he accidentally drowned while carrying grass green fodder to the boat and fell off the boat in the Brahmaputra. The victim has been identified as Sibo Kumar Karki, son of Phul Bahadur Karki. Due to the increasing water level of the Brahmaputra, most areas are under water. Sibo Kumar Karki had not been found till the filing of the report.
