'Medium cannot be hindrance to success' Says Dr. Luke Daimari

UDALGURI: "A medium, be it Bodo medium or Assamese, cannot be a hindrance to success," said Dr. Luke Daimari, the Principal of Udalguri College. He was addressing a felicitation programme at Premier Junior College in Udalguri on Wednesday.

Citing examples of APSC successful candidates who were from Bodo medium background, he said that a candidate with zeal and perseverance would always get success. During the programme, the successful students who were awarded the Pragyan Bharati award by the State Government were felicitated by the college authority and the achievers shared their views with the students of the college. Malabika Daimari, Iswariya Devi, Nikita Daimari, Haina Baglari, Ritika Basumatari, Anisha Daimari, Babita Sarma, Dipika Devi and Chhaya Baglari were felicitated at the programme.

The programme was also addressed by Puspadhar Bastola, the Principal of Udalguri H S School. Kheuti Boro, Logic & Philosophy subject teacher of the college, was felicitated for her excellent teaching. Akhil Kalita, a journalist, was also felicitated on the occasion.
