Meeting Held to Ensure Peaceful Chhath Puja at Dibrugarh DC Office

Dibrugarh: In view of the upcoming Chhath Puja celebrations, a meeting was held at DC office on Thursday with various Chhath Puja committees to ensure peaceful celebrations of Chhath Puja. The meeting, presided over by Dibrugarh Deputy Commissioner Pallav Gopal Jha, was attended by SP Gautom Bora, Additional Deputy Commissioners Ranjit Konwar and Dipu Deka; Additional SPs Dhruba Bora and Nityaranjan Chutia, among others. In the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Pallav Gopal Jha urged all Puja committees to ensure adequate lighting provisions and the presence of volunteers during the event.
