Meeting of District Task Force on COVID-19 vaccination in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: A meeting of the District Task Force (DTF) under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat, Bibhash Ch Modi was held at Golaghat on Wednesday for preparation of health database of healthcare workers for COVID-19 vaccination.

The meeting was convened by the Joint Director of Health Services, Golaghat, and was attended by CE, Zila Parishad, ADC (Health), all SDM & HOs, Superintendent of Swahid Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital, all NHM officials, including Block Programme Manager of all BPCHs. The meeting started with a presentation on COVID-19 vaccination preparedness by the District Programme Manager, Golaghat. Deputy Commissioner directed all the SDM & HOs, BPMs and Social Welfare department to prepare and submit a correct list of all healthcare workers, including Anganwadi workers, so as to ensure that no frontline workers were left behind in the process of vaccination for COVID-19.
