DEMOW: Under the patronage of Sonapur Social Development Society, an NGO, in association with Child In Need Institute, Momentum Country and Global Leadership India Citizen Foundation, Kharahat Gaon Panchayat and Athabari Gaon Panchayat, Menstrual Hygiene Day was organized in Rajmai Tea Estate Adarsha School for two days.

On the occasion, a quiz competition was organized among the students. A medical test camp was also organized in the programme. Dr Rajib Jangid discussed the problems faced during menstrual time and how to deal with these problems. Later, under the presidentship of Jiten Nath, Principal of Rajmai Tea Estate Adarsha School, the open session was held on Saturday. Sanjay Prasad Sah, president of Sonapur Social Development Society spoke about the aims of the meeting.
