MLA Naba Kumar Doley inaugurates implementation of two schemes in Dhakuakhana

LAKHIMPUR: Former Minister for Panchayat & Rural Development Department-cum-existing Dhakuakhana MLA, Naba Kumar Doley inaugurated implementation of two developmental schemes in Dhakuakhana town on Tuesday.

At first, the MLA laid the foundation stone for the construction of concrete drain by the side of Suren Buragohain Path under Dhakuakhana town. The scheme will be implemented with the investment of a fund allotted under GIA to ULBs scheme.

Then the MLA laid the foundation stone for setting up a park at Sarikoriya Erasuti under the town. This project will also be implemented with the investment of a fund allotted under the same scheme.

Dhakuakhana SDO (Civil) Gurnel Singh, Dhakuakhana district unit BJP president Pradip Chamuah, Dhakuakhana Mandal unit BJP president Sunil Doley were among those who were present in the ceremonial programmes organized on the occasions.
