Morangi ZPC Purabi Sarma laid foundation Stone of Weekly Market

GOLAGHAT: The member of Morangi ZPC, Purabi Sarma laid the foundation stone of a weekly market at Murphulani under Murphulani Gaon Panchayat of Golaghat district on Tuesday.

The weekly market is to be set up with an amount of Rs 8.90 lakh under Golaghat Zila Parishad fund. Addressing the gathering, ZPC member Purabi Sarma said that the common people would be benefited if the weekly market was set up there and the local farmers and horticulturists would get a better price for their produce. In the foundation-laying programme, Executive Engineer Tulsi Gogoi and other officials were present.
