Morigaon AASU's 19th conference to be held on January 18

JAGIROAD: The 19th conference of the All Assam Students' Union (AASU) Morigaon district committee will be held on January 8 at Morigaon town Higher Secondary School.

The conference will be held under the aegis of Morigaon town AASU, in association with the people of Morigaon. In this connection, a reception committee with Debeswar Goswami as president, Atanu Sarma as working president, Rupjyoti Medhi and Lokendra Chetry as joint general secretaries, Kamal Mahanta, Punjajyoti Medhi and Pranabjyoti Barman as assistant general secretaries has been formed. The conference will be graced by North East Students' Union (NESO) advisor Dr Samujjal Bhattacharyya, AASU president Dipanka Kumar Nath and secretary Shankarjyoti Baruah, said Morigaon district AASU general secretary Dipul Kumar Nath.
