DHUBRI: A two-storey Multi-Skill Development Centre built on the land of Keshav Seva Samiti in Dhubri with financial assistance from the State Untied Fund of Rs 2 crore, was inaugurated formally by Dhubri Deputy Commissioner Anbamuthan MP in presence of high officials on Wednesday.
Speaking at the inaugural meeting, Dhubri Deputy Commissioner Anbamuthan MP said that there was dearth of modern infrastructures like hall, auditorium and digitalized and spacious meeting room in Dhubri, but with inauguration of this building, a lot of activities could now be done here.
"It is really a huge and beautiful Multi-Skill Development Centre constructed with good quality materials by Bijay Kumar Jain in a quick span of time. Very soon we will start self-employment skill development training programme for youths," Anbamuthan MP said.
The DC also assured to do whatever required to develop this centre in future as this centre would be the nerve centre for imparting training to youths to become self-reliant in the Dhubri district.
Addressing as the chief guest, RSS Regional organizer for Northeast, Ullash Kulkarni said that it was due to the untiring efforts of both Dhubri Deputy Commissioner Anbamuthan MP and proprietor of High-Tech, Bijay Kumar Jain that this building could have been possible. "I hope this centre will go a long way to fulfill the aspirations of the youths in shaping their professional careers in the days to come," Kulkarni said. Dhubri Superintendent of Police, Abhijit Gurav Dilip also spoke on the occasion.
