NALBARI: Synchronizing with the national launch of Ayushman Bhavah by the President of India, Draupadi Murmu on September 13, Nalbari District Commissioner Varnali Deka addressed the media on Thursday to focus on different healthcare schemes under Ayushman Bhavah.

The campaign is largely divided into three parts - Ayushman Aapke Door 3.0, Ayushman Sabha and Ayushman Mela. Ayushman Bhavah has been adopted to take healthcare to the masses through systematic efforts which will benefit the people. This campaign is considered very important for realizing the dream of a healthy future for pregnant women, children and every citizen.

A programme to distribute Ayushman cards has been undertaken under Ayushman Aapke Dwar 3.0. People will be able to inform health workers if they have health-related issues. The Ayushman Mela will be organized at every health and wellness centre and community health centre in the Nalbari district. All types of health services will be available at this Mela. Specialist doctors from Nalbari Medical College will provide health services at the Ayushman Mela. Special attention has been given to sar and other difficult areas. The health department will jointly work with the departments of social welfare, panchayat and rural development to make this campaign a success. Steps have been taken to make health services available in every Panchayat or to make people aware of health-related issues through Ayushman Sabha.
