National Commission for Protection of Child Rights' (NCPCR) three-day visit to Darrang

The district administration of Darrang is going to organize a grievance redressal bench on December 8 here at the District Library Auditorium.

MANGALDAI: In connection with the three-day visit of a team from the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) led by its member secretary Rupali Banerji Singh to the aspirational district of Darrang from December 6, the district administration of Darrang is going to organize a grievance redressal bench on December 8 here at the District Library Auditorium. The meet is going to focus on different child issues related to child rights, care and protection. The meet will be followed by a press conference.

Earlier, on the first two days of the visit the NCPCR officials are scheduled to hold meeting with the administration and stake holders on December 6 which will be followed by field visits to schools, AWCs , CCIs etc on December 7. The district administration has made an elaborate arrangements for the grievance redressal bench and their visit.
