National level folk dance programme on February 10 in Lakhimpur

LAKHIMPUR: Abhinava Theatre, an institution of Lakhimpur, that has endeavoured to herald a new trend in theatre and drama performances, will organize a national level folk dance programme on February 10. The programme will be held at the open stage of Ahinava Theatre Project located at No. 1 Majgaon, Phoolbari-Bokanadi and it will commence from 7 pm. In the programme, the folk dance artistes of Odisha will present Gumor and Bajasal dances while several folk dances of the native State will be performed by various cultural groups, informed Dayal Krishna Nath, the secretary of Abhinava Theatre.
