New clinic to be opened in FAAMCH, Barpeta

BARPETA: Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital (FAAMCH), Barpeta is the only centre for patients of lower Assam. The new Principal of Barpeta FAAMCH, Dr Ramen Talukdar has taken initiative to improve the medical college.

Dr Ramen Talukdar told media persons that the medical college would soon have a special clinic for patients suffering from dizziness, liver ailments and hernia and children with psychological problems. The clinic will remain open from 10 am to 12 noon each day. The treatment will be day wise - on Monday liver ailments, on Tuesday dizziness, on Wednesday hernia, on Thursday children with psychological disorders, on Friday how to quit tobacco and on Saturday, teenage patients with psychological disorders will be treated.
