New District Information and Public Relation Officer Pompy Devi interacts with media persons

MORIGAON: An interaction session was held between newly-appointed District Information and Public Relation Officer(DIPRO) Pompy Devi and Morigaon District Journalists’ Association(MDJA) held at DIPRO office on Wednesday.

The post of DIPRO was lying vacant for almost two years due to which the staff had been facing problems in office works as well as redressal of various grievances of media persons.

The Morigaon District Journalists’ Association (MDJA) welcomed the DIPRO and assured to cooperate with her towards redressing of various grievances of media persons.The meeting was attended by senior journalist Dalim Phukan,president of MDJA Birinchi Sarma,secretary Jitumoni Nath and senior journalist Ajit Sarma.
