Newly formed political parties cannot affect AGP: Atul Bora

GOLAGHAT: Expressing reaction over newly formed political parties in Assam, Agriculture Minister Atul Bora said that these political parties cannot affect Asom Gana Parishad (AGP). He statement came while attending an executive meeting held at AGP's Golaghat office.

Further, Bora said that AGP has made several mistakes, which have been corrected by its members themselves. "The AGP never gives false promises and presently positive feedbacks have been received from the new generation who have accepted the party. In the forthcoming 2021 election AGP is expecting good results compared to yesteryears," he asserted.

Bora said that in coming election AGP will stand candidates in three constituencies in Golaghat. He will contest from Bokakhat constituency, he added.
