NFR rescues minor boy, kidnapper in police custody

A 9-year-old boy who was allegedly abducted by a man was rescued by a team of Railway police. The man was trying to board a train from Dibrugarh with the boy when the Railway team caught the alleged kidnapper and rescued the boy. The man is said to be from Namsai in Arunachal Pradesh. It was some prompt action from the Railway police that saved the boy. The man is now in police custody.
