Nok Air to temporarily suspend Guwahati-Bangkok flights from January 20 to April 11, 2020

GUWAHATI: Nok Air will temporarily suspend flights between Guwahati and Bangkok starting January 20. The flight which takes off twice a week is expected to resume services on April 12, 2020.

The flight schedule for April will be out soon. Passengers who had booked tickets between the period will get a full refund, Nok Air announced in an alert.

Nok Air launched its services in the city on September 22, 2019. The flights operated between the two destinations twice a week. With fares starting just at Rs. 6,999, planning a vacation to Bangkok had become quite easy then. The flight from Guwahati operated on Thursday and Sunday at 01.40 am and Bangkok to Guwahati flights operated on Wednesday and Saturday at 23.30. The introductory offers of the airline included free hot meals and an allowance of 20 kgs for baggage.
