Oath-taking ceremony of Dibrugarh Zila Parishad

Dibrugarh: The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected members of Dibrugarh Zila Parishad was held on Friday at the Zila Parishad office at Phoolbagan. DC Pallav Gopal Jha administered the oath to the members in the presence of Chief Executive Officer of Dibrugarh Zila Parishad, Diganta Saikia and In-Charge District Development Commissioner, Sanjay Dutta. After the oath taking ceremony, two members, Daisy Rani Phukan Shyam and Pushpanjali Sonowal, were unanimously elected for the office of the president and vice president respectively.
