Sushila Devi Lahoti

Sushila Devi Lahoti, a pious lady of Main Road, Doomdooma, breathed her last in the wee hours of March 5 while undergoing treatment in a hospital in New Delhi. Her body was brought to Doomdooma and the last rites were performed at Doomdooma Smashanghat on March 6 in presence of a large number of mourners. She was 72 and is survived by her husband Jugal Kishore Lahoti, a leading businessman, two sons and two daughters. Doomdooma Marwari Panchayati Bhaban, Marwari Yuba Manch, Doomdooma Press Club and Doomdooma Sakha Sahitya Sabha have mourned her demise.
