OIL DGM Tridiv Hazarika wins Guwahati Management Association Managers Competition

Dibrugarh: Tridiv Hazarika, DGM (CSR&CC), Public Affairs Department, Oil India Ltd won the 15th GMA Managers Competition held recently in Guwahati. Organized by Guwahati Management Association (GMA), the Best Managers Competition is a platform to recognize professional achievements of managers with focus on their exemplary contribution towards their respective organizations.

As per the design of the contest, the competitors have to submit a detailed profile of their personal and organizational journey as per standard format, make a short and crisp presentation to a jury highlighting their achievements and professional journey, which is followed by a group discussion and personal interview. Based on the overall performance, five participants were eventually awarded by the jury.

Tridiv Hazarika secured the first position and received his award at an award ceremony held in Assam State Museum Auditorium in Guwahati. He received the award from Prof. (Dr.) SP Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Royal Global University, in the presence of Dr P Bharali, former Director (Operations), OIL, Swapnanil Baruah, former Commissioner, Industry and Commerce, Government of Assam, senior officials from GMA and other dignitaries.
