Pageant winner Kiron Boro joins United People's Party Liberal (UPPL)

MANGALDAI: Kiron Boro, who was crowned Mrs Earth Universe in 2017 and Queen of Earth in 2018, has stepped into politics. At a small function arranged in the office of the UPPL at Rangiya on Wednesday, the 55-year old beauty pageant winner formally joined the UPPL led by former ABSU president Pramod Boro. Office bearers of UPPL, including former legislator of Kalaigaon, Nathu Ram Boro, extended hearty welcome to Kiron Boro and offered her the membership of the newly-formed political party.
