People in Dibrugarh rushed to market places and ATM's as the curfew being relaxed

Dibrugarh: With the curfew being relaxed from 7 am to 4 pm on Sunday, people thronged the market places to buy essentials to replenish their stocks. SBI and UBI ATMs were opened for the public and people were seen making a bee-line in front of them. Commodities continued to be more expensive than normal.

Moreover, AASU organized a massive cultural protest against CAA in the Chowkidinghee field. various artistes through a wide variety of performances struck a cord with the large gathering. Many among them delivered impassionate speeches highlighting the menacing nature of CAA to huge cheers from the crowd. Monday will witness a massive Satyagraha against the Act on the same field.
