Police detained Four persons for violating lockdown near Bogibeel bridge

Dibrugarh: Police detained four persons on charges for violating lockdown protocol. According to police sources, all persons were trying to drive away towards Dhemaji from Dibrugarh in a car bearing registration no AS-22B- 4310 with a made-up sticker ‘Press’ on their vehicle. The police tried to stop them near Bogibeel bridge which they ignored. However, they were accosted and detained. The driver and other inmates of the vehicle were not related to any media, police said. A case has been registered and investigation is going on.
