Prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC at Serispore Tea Estate, Hailakandi

Hailakandi: Section 144 CrPC will be in force at the firing range of District Firing Range located at Serispore Tea Estate under Panchgram Police Station from January 4 onwards, stated a press release.

The district administration has decided to clamp Section 144 within a radius of 500 meters of the firing range as a preventive measure to ensure that no person enters during the firing practice by personnel of A-Coy Ex 90 Battalion.

In order to this effect issued by Additional District Magistrate Omar Sharif on Saturday promulgates Section 144 with effect from January 4 to 10 from 6 am to 4 pm.
