Python rescued from Bhekelai Gaon near Demow

DEMOW: A python was rescued from Bhekelai Gaon near Demow on Monday morning. According to sources, the python was rescued from the granary (where rice is kept) of Sunu Gogoi, a resident of Bhekelai Gaon, near Demow on Monday morning and people of the area gathered to see the python. The local people informed the forest department and then forest officials reached the residence of Sunu Gogoi and rescued the python with the help of locals. The python was later released.
