Rani Gaidinliu View Point inaugurated, NCHAC CEM appeals to make Dima Hasao a popular tourist destination

HAFLONG: Chef Executive Member of the North Cachar Autonomous Council (NCHAC), Debolal Gorlosa inaugurated the Rani Gaidinliu View Point at Boro Haflong on Wednesday.

The inaugural function was held in presence of Executive Members Paudaming Nriame, Projit Hojai, Ramgalungbe Jeme, MAC Manjit Naiding, Padmashree Awardee Dr Ramkuiwangbe Jeme and the officials of the Tourism Department.

CEM Gorlosa said their government was dedicated to the comprehensive development of the tourism industry. Dima Hasao may rank among the top travel destinations for both domestic and international travellers from all over India in the near future. He appealed to make Dima Hasao a popular tourist destination for everyone who values safety, beauty, culture, and the environment.

The Rani Gaidinliu View Point at Boro Haflong has been constructed at such a strategic location that the viewers get a pristine view of the natural beauty of the Borail range and serpentine look of the railway line. Of late, this view point has become a must watch view point for youngsters as it is very near to the queen town Haflong.
