Red Horns Division Army hands over bicycles to girl students in Gossaigaon

Gossaigaon: Army unit under Red Horns Division Rangiya on Thursday organized a bicycle distribution programme at the community hall, Gossaigaon.

The project under Operation Sadhbhavana is aimed to motivate girl students belonging to inaccessible areas of Kokrajhar, Dhubri and Bongaigaon to pursue their goals. The project is a great boon for girl students who aspire for education in spite of coming from challenging socio-economic locales.

Total 60 bicycles were distributed to underprivileged girl students from various government schools, thus empowering the young minds to open new avenues. Speaking at the event, the Commander envisaged recent changing times to synchronize with the overall development of the area.
