Retired teacher Dimbeswar Nath passes away in Jamugurihat

JAMUGURIHAT: Dimbeswar Nath, a retired teacher and a known social worker in Jamugurihat area breathed his last on Thursday night due to prolonged illness at his Borigaon residence here. He was 85. Nath was closely associated with the historic Barechahar Bhaona Committee, Assam chapter of Nath-Jogi Sanmilan, Sonitpur district Jogi Sanmilan, Naduar Jogi Sanmilan among others. He was the former headmaster of Jamuguri Academy School. Organizations and individuals including Borigaon village development committee, Kusumtola development committee, Kusumtola HS school paid rich tributes to the mortal remains. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, two daughters along with a host of relatives.
