Revenue Minister Jogen Mohan visits Samaria Xatra in Boko

BOKO: State Revenue Minister Jogen Mohan along with his party members suddenly visited Samaria Xatra on Wednesday. He offered prayers in the xatra and spoke to the ‘Bhakat’ devotees of the xatra. During the interaction, he said that he would pay attention to the beautification of the xatra and to develop. During the interaction, the devotees urged him to free the illegally occupied xatra’s land. The minister, along with Kamrup district’s revenue officers and local public, visited the sites. After visiting, he ordered immediate eviction in the illegally-occupied land.
