RSETI Sivasagar of Punjab National Bank organized training programme

GAURISAGAR: Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) ,Sivasagar of Punjab National Bank organized ten-day training programme on travel and tourist guide with a view to promote the tourism sector by providing training to the people and develop their entrepreneurship skills from Tuesday. The training programme was inaugurated by Bitupon Neog ADC, Sivasagar by lighting of lamp.

The other dignitaries who attended the inaugural function were Madhab Das, Sivasagar District Tourist Information Officer, Suraj Jyoti Gogoi, District Project Manager ASRLM, Sivasagar, Dr. Khanindra Deb Goswami, Retd. District Veterinary Officer, Sivasagar.

Earlier Pabitra Kumar Borah, RSETI Director welcomed the guests and gathering while Pinkey Bordoloi and Rimpi Borthakur explained the objective and offered vote of thanks. In the programme, dignitaries addressed on the importance of such training programmes which can give huge amount of self employment to young generations by citing various examples of people earning through the same platform. A total of 32 participants hailing from different parts of Sivasagar district participated.
