Sarbananda Sonowal lauds Army's participation in Children's Science Congress

GUWAHATI: During the 27th State Level Children's Science Congress, organized at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rangajan in Golaghat district, amidst science projects prepared by students from schools of Assam, Indian Army's Weapons and Types of equipment Display turned out to be one of the biggest attraction for the youth. The event was graced by Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal who commended the Indian Army for its contribution in motivating and inspiring the youth of the State. Various modern weapons & equipment generated curiosity and excitement among those who attended the event. The Children's Science Congress exhibition being conducted from November 2-4 achieved the dual aim of igniting the young minds in exploring the vast horizons of science and also offered an opportunity to know the Army, stated
