Self-defense session for girls organized at Lakhimpur Commerce College

LAKHIMPUR: A session for self defence skills for girl students was organized on Tuesday at Lakhimpur Commerce College. The session was organized by the Physical and Mental Wellness Cell of the college in collaboration with North East Yogashan Training and Physical Health Care Centre, North Lakhimpur and it was inaugurated by Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal of the college. Various steps and skills of physical combat and defensive moves were demonstrated to the participating girls of the college.

The session was conducted by Gobin Saikia, Aftab Ali and Ajmal Hussain of North East Yogashan Training and Physical Health Care Centre. The session was coordinated by Dr. Rupjyoti Bhattacharjee and Professor Bahnisikha Bordoloi.
