Sishu Pathsala Higher Secondary School, Dhubri shines in HS exam

DHUBRI: Sishu Pathsala Higher Secondary School of Dhubri produced outstanding results in the HS (Science stream) final exam by achieving hundred per cent success. In fact, highest mark in Physics (99) in the entire State was secured by Himanshu Sekhar Das.

In Science stream, a total of 59 students appeared, of which 58 secured first division while one passed in second division. In Arts stream, a total of 52 students appeared in examination, of which 23 secured first division, 20 second division, 9 third division and three failed.

Principal of Sishu Pathsala Higher Secondary School, Dr. Debasish Saha said that according to merit in Arts stream, the three toppers from the school were Debashree Karmakar who secured 442 marks while Debangana Paul obtained 411 marks and Dishane Das secured 401.

"In Science stream, Plabila Priyadarshinee Roy secured 465 marks, Gaurab Saha obtained 460 while Abhijit Sil secured 456 marks," Dr. Saha said.
