Sivasagar DC Dr MS Lakshmi Priya felicitates Dhriti Phukan

SIVASAGAR: The Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar, Dr MS Lakshmi Priya accorded warm felicitation to Dhriti Progya Phukan, a student of Class X of Hologuri Tribal High School, Sivasagar at the conference hall of DC’s office on December 30.

Dhriti Progya Phukan is among the eight students representing Assam in the National Level Kala Utsav- 2019, an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), to be held at the Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal from January 2 to January 6, 2020. Dhriti is representing the State in the Vocal Music (Girls) category in the event. The Deputy Commissioner extended best wishes to Dhriti and hoped that she would bring laurels to the district as well to the State.
