Six youths of Assam on a mission to create environmental awareness

DEMOW: A team of six youths has taken an initiative to create environmental awareness. The youths rode on bicycles from Golaghat Athkheliya to Sivasagar. After they reach Sivasagar they went to the Panidehing Bird Sanctuary. Their theme ‘Save Tree Save Nature’ and their main motive is to create environmental awareness.

The youths informed that they came from Athkheliya Bamun Gaon and Ghilagari Mahimalia along with villages of the Golaghat district and they would visit the Rang Ghar, Kareng Ghar, Talatal Ghar, along with various places of Sivasagar on Thursday.

The youths said that Gautam Hira, a local media person of Demow, had helped them to stay on Wednesday night at the Panidehing Homestay in Saragua.
